Subscription and access data

Erasing the notebook or uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancel through the subscription provider: App Store, Google Play or the external provider. Discovery-period data is kept separate so erasing the notebook does not restart the seven days. Financial records are retained according to the privacy policy and contain no child profiles. For purchase requests, contact contact@hepaly.com with the store’s order reference.

Delete your Hepaly parent account

1. Open the parent area, enter your code, then choose “Our subscription.”
2. In “Your parent account,” tap “Delete my parent account.”
3. Type DELETE and confirm. The account, backed-up profiles and creations, and all sessions are deleted immediately. Devices are signed out at the next check, no later than after 72 hours offline.

Without the app, write from the account address to contact@hepaly.com, with the subject “Delete my Hepaly parent account.” You do not need to reinstall the app. We verify the request and confirm deletion within one month.

Deletion does not cancel an Apple, Google or external subscription. For a store purchase, use that store’s settings; for external access, follow the instructions received when subscribing. You can delete the account immediately. Purchase records, backups and temporary delivery logs follow the retention periods in the privacy policy.

Clear data from the app

1. Open Hepaly and touch the padlock “Parents area”.
2. Enter your 6-digit parental code.
3. Go down to “Clear data”.
4. Touch the erase button, then confirm with “Delete permanently”.

All profiles, progress, settings, the parental code, drawings, melodies and flashcards are then deleted from the device. This cannot be undone.

Without opening the app

• iPhone and iPad : hold the Hepaly icon, then “Delete app” and “Delete app” again. All app data is erased from the device.
• Android : Settings, Applications, Hepaly, then “Storage” and “Clear data”, or “Uninstall”.

Forgot your parental code? Clear the app’s data or reinstall it: local profiles will be lost. We do not keep a copy of your parental code. If you enabled family backup, sign in again and restore your notebooks after setting a new code.

Data present on our server

The coloring service processes the magic drawing prompt, detail level, random identifier and generated drawing. They are automatically deleted in less than an hour, without any action on your part. Quota counters reset daily. Drawings saved to an optional family backup follow the account’s retention rules; delete the account to erase this online copy. Rotating service backups are purged within 30 days.

You can nevertheless write to us for any request relating to your data, or to delete a message sent to support: contact@hepaly.com, with the subject “Hepaly data deletion request.” We will confirm deletion by email within one month.

Data deleted and data retained

Files exported by the adult, and iCloud or local iPhone backups, remain under your control. Delete them separately if you wish.
